Do I have Horn Flies on my property?
Only if you have cattle on or very near your property. Horn Flies cannot breed or survive without cattle hosts and fresh cattle dung. If you don't have cattle within a mile or two, the small dark flies you're seeing are more likely Stable Flies, House Flies, or Face Flies. Servitix can identify the species during inspection.
Do Horn Flies bite humans?
