These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Servitix Pest Control ("Servitix", "we", "us", "our") website and the pest control services we provide across Metro Atlanta, Georgia. By using our website, requesting a quote, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Servitix provides residential and commercial pest control services, including general pest management, rodent control, bed bug treatment, mosquito and stinging-pest management, and related inspection and prevention services. Specific service scope is defined in the written quote, work order, or service agreement provided to you.
All services are performed by licensed technicians in accordance with Georgia Department of Agriculture pest control regulations and product label requirements.
2. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Pricing is based on the property details and pest pressure described at the time of the quote. If actual conditions on site differ materially, we will discuss revised pricing before performing additional work.
- Recurring service plans are billed on the schedule and rate stated in your service agreement and may be adjusted with prior notice.
3. Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities
- You agree to provide safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled service time.
- For interior service, an authorized adult (18+) must be present unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- You agree to follow any pre-service preparation instructions provided (such as bed bug prep, food removal, or pet relocation). Service may be rescheduled at our discretion if the property is not prepared.
- You are responsible for disclosing pets, allergies, sensitive occupants, recent treatments by other companies, and any safety hazards on the property.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Standard appointments: please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee.
- Specialty services (bed bug, large commercial jobs): cancellation terms are set in the service agreement and may include a cancellation fee.
- Repeated missed appointments may result in suspension of recurring service plans.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payments.
- Recurring service plans authorize Servitix to charge the payment method on file on the agreed billing cadence.
- Past-due balances may incur a late fee and may pause active warranties or recurring service until resolved.
6. Warranties and Re-Service
Many Servitix services include a re-service guarantee for a defined period when activity returns between scheduled visits for covered pests. The exact terms, covered pests, exclusions, and timeframe are stated in your service agreement or work order.
Re-service is provided at no additional charge during the warranty period, on reasonable notice, and during normal business hours, when the customer has complied with all preparation, access, and account terms.
7. Exclusions and Limits
Pest control treatment effectiveness depends on factors outside our control, including but not limited to property conditions, sanitation, neighboring properties, weather, structural issues, and pest biology. Except where required by law:
- We do not guarantee elimination of all pests on the first visit.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, conditions caused by the customer or third parties, or damage from pests prior to our service.
- Specific exclusions for rodent exclusion and bed bug services are detailed in the applicable service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servitix's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or this website is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Servitix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Servitix and its technicians, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your failure to disclose property conditions or occupants relevant to safe service.
10. Use of the Website
- You agree not to use the website to violate any law, infringe any rights, or interfere with site security or operation.
- All website content, branding, photographs, and copy are the property of Servitix or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
- Customer reviews and testimonials shared with Servitix may be used for marketing purposes with attribution to first name and city only, unless additional consent is given.
11. Communications and SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages from Servitix related to your service. With separate consent, you may receive marketing or service reminder messages. 12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the parties agree in writing to another forum or to binding arbitration.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
