Important safety information
What to do after a treatment to keep your family, pets, and home safe.
Do not allow unprotected persons, children, or pets to touch, enter, or replace items or bedding, or to contact or enter treated area(s) until dry.
Vacate and keep area(s) closed up to 30 minutes after treatment, then ventilate area(s) for up to 2 hours before reoccupying.
Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, food preparation/processing equipment and surfaces with an effective cleaning compound and rinse with clean water if not removed or covered during treatment. The area should be odor-free before food products are placed in the area.
Do not allow grazing of feed, lawn, or sod clippings to livestock after bait applications.
Do not burn treated firewood for 1 month after treatment.
These precautions are required by EPA-registered product labels and are part of every Servitix treatment.

Quarterly and Monthly plans cover 20+ common household pests including general ants, all cockroach species (German, American, Oriental, Brown-Banded, Smoky-Brown), palmetto/water bugs, common house spiders, silverfish, firebrats, earwigs, centipedes, crickets, pillbugs, stink bugs, boxelder bugs, lady bugs, scorpions, snails, wasps (paper wasp, mud dauber, bald-faced hornet), and yellow jackets. Specialty pests — bed bugs, rats & mice, ticks, fire ants, carpenter ants & bees, fleas, hornets, kudzu bugs, flying insects, pantry pests, Pharaoh ants, chinch bugs, and cicada killers — are available as add-ons with additional charges.
